What We Do
Plantroom Design & Modelling

Risers & Shafts
Multi-service riser coordination in constrained spaces. Clear sectional drawings that show exactly what fits and how.
No surprises on site.
Space Optimisation
Multi-Service
Sections
Compact, compliant layouts for meter cupboards, HIUs, and service risers. Practical installation focus, every connection, every clearance accounted for.

Coordination-Heavy Areas
Corridors, lobbies, and ceiling voids where every service is fighting for the same space.
We untangle the clashes and give you a coordinated model that actually fits.

Sprinkler System Modelling & Drawings
Revit Family Creation
Most fire specialists and sprinkler contractors have no BIM resource. We step in, model the system, and get it coordinated with MEP, structural, and architectural models. Buildable shop drawings for installation teams.
CLASH COORDINATION
SHOP DRAWINGS
AS-FITTED DRAWINGS
Parametric, data-rich Revit families built specifically for building product manufacturers.
We create accurate digital representations of your products, ready for specification by designers.

Coordinated, buildable plantroom layouts that work in the real world, not just on screen.
We route around constraints and model for installation, not just appearance.

HOW WE WORK
Simple. Fast.
No unnecessary back-and-forth.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you contact us. We're used to working from partial information — and we'll ask the right questions.
01 Send Us Your Requirement
A drawing, a scope description, an email — whatever you have. Even if it's not fully defined yet. We'll work with it.
02 We Review & Clarify Quickly
We come back with any questions we genuinely need answered — not a long list of caveats. You get a clear timeline and deliverable before we start.
03 We Deliver Coordinated, Buildable Outputs
Models and drawings checked against your requirements. Not just geometrically correct — practically buildable and ready for site.
04 We Stay Available for Revisions
Projects change. We stay in the loop and respond to updates without treating every revision as a new project from scratch.
How We Work
We've been on both sides
of the drawing issue
There's a difference between someone who can model in Revit and someone who understands what the drawing actually needs to achieve on site. We're the latter.
Why BIMtask
Design & Site Experience Since 2008
We've worked in consultancy and on site. We understand the gap between what gets drawn and what gets built — and we bridge it.
UK-Based, London-Focused
We understand UK project environments, client expectations, and the specific pressures of London construction programmes.
Flexible Scope — Small or Large
You don't need to hand us a full project. One plantroom, one riser, one corridor — we take on the specific part that's causing you a problem.
Fast, Reliable Communication
No account managers between you and the person doing the work. You get direct responses and straight answers.
Practical — Not Theoretical
Our output is measured against one thing: can it be built? If the answer isn't a clear yes, the work isn't finished.
About BIMtask

Founded by an engineer who's been on site
BIMtask was founded by a Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience. Having worked in both consultancy and site-delivery roles, we've seen exactly where the gap opens up between design intent and real-world installation.
Most BIM support services understand the software. We understand the project, the pressures, the programme constraints, the late Friday drawing requests, and the gap between what's been modelled and what the installer will actually do on Monday morning.
BIMtask exists to be the practical, knowledgeable, flexible support that busy MEP teams actually need, not a large firm that treats every small task as a distraction.
